This policy explains what the Nymo Games website (nymogames.com) collects and what you can ask us to do about it. There genuinely is not much: this site has no accounts, no forms, no play and no payments.

Nymo Games is operated by GLX Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (United States), which is the data controller for everything described here.

What We Collect

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, self-hosted on our own infrastructure, to see aggregate statistics: page views, referral sources and device type. Plausible is cookieless, collects no personal data, cannot identify individual visitors, and shares nothing with third parties. We use no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels and no cross-site tracking.

We also load a first-party script that records which images were shown on a page. It counts impressions against our own assets; it does not identify you.

Email

If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to handle the commercial conversation, and we keep the correspondence only as long as needed for that.

That is the complete list. This site has no accounts, no forms, no game play, no payment processing and no advertising.

Player Data

We are a games studio, not an operator. We do not hold player accounts and we do not collect player personal data through this website. Where a licensed operator distributes one of our titles, that operator is the controller of its players’ data under its own privacy policy; anything we process for them under contract, we process only as their processor and on their instructions.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and our analytics are cookieless by design.

Who Else Processes Your Data

• Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery, TLS and DDoS protection for every request to this site.
• Our own infrastructure — the servers that host this site are operated by GLX Technologies LLC.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Your Rights

If you are in the UK, the European Union or the European Economic Area, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, delete and port your personal data and to object to its processing. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale — we sell none.

To exercise any of these rights, email partners@nymogames.com. We respond within the statutory windows (30 days under GDPR, 45 days under the CCPA). Since this site collects no personal data beyond email correspondence, in most cases that means deleting our email thread with you.

Data Deletion

Email partners@nymogames.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. We confirm and delete within 30 days.

International Transfers

We are a US company. Our servers are rented from an international hosting provider, so data may be processed outside the country you live in and is administered from the United States. Where a transfer requires a legal mechanism, we rely on the standard contractual clauses our providers offer.

Children’s Privacy

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

When we change this policy we update this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
